Surface Water Allocation Directive – Draft Review

This survey is to collect feedback on the draft Surface Water Allocation Directive (The ‘Directive’) that has been developed by Alberta Environment and Parks (AEP) as a new desktop method for approving water licences.

The feedback collected was considered prior to seeking approval to finalize this Directive.

The survey closed November 9, 2018. A ‘what we heard’ report and ‘Q&A’ section is posted on the TalkAEP website, along with information when the Directive is approved and being implemented.

Personal information you provide to Alberta Environment and Parks (AEP) is collected under the authority of Section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act, and is managed in accordance with Part 2 of the FOIP Act.
